*Direct joining passenger & passenger doing only East Coast will have to reach hotel on their own.
*People only doing the East Coast will have to take Airport transfers along with the group or pay separately for PVT transfers.

DAY 2: NEW YORK - STATUE OF LIBERTY - CITY TOUR (B, L, D)

Breakfast at the hotel
Take a cruise to Liberty island to visit the Statue of Liberty which is one of the most recognized symbols of freedom and democracy in the World. Take a photo with the famous Wall street bull, a bronze sculpture symbolizing the bullish nature of the stock exchange.
Lunch
Freedom Tower observation deck & Ground Zero NYC city tour which comprises of Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, United Nations building, Central Park, Times Square etc.
Evening Dinner at Indian restaurant
Back to Hotel. Overnight at the hotel

Hotel: Hyatt Place – Paramus / Holiday Inn Express Paramus or similar

DAY 3: WASHINGTON D.C – CITY TOUR (B, L, D) – 225 miles roughly 4 hrs drive.

After breakfast depart for Washington D.C Indian lunch on the way Air and Space Museum which is the second most visited museum in the world. D.C city tour- Explore the capital city of US. See the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Supreme Court, the Capitol Hill etc. Evening Dinner at an Indian restaurant Check in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel

Hotel: Faireld Inn Chantilly by Marriott or similar

Day 4: HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORLD -- NIAGARA (B, D)

After Breakfast proceed to Hershey's Chocolate World, 135 miles roughly 2:30 hrs drive. At Hershey's Chocolate World follow cocoa beans on a delicious journey in this immersive and chocolate making tour, an experience never to be forgotten. Drive to Niagara falls NY – 320 miles roughly 6 hrs. Evening Dinner at Indian restaurant Check in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel

Hotel: Radisson Grand island / Days Inn Niagara at the Falls or similar

Day 5: NIAGARA - MAID OF THE MIST - CAVE OF THE WINDS (B, L, D)

After breakfast board the Maid of the Mist boat ride to experience the pounding spray up close. Visit to Cave of the Winds where you can weather a permanent hurricane in a waterproof poncho. Lunch Shopping at the Outlet mall. Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA, provides a shopping experience that you will not easily forget. Indian dinner followed by Niagara Night illumination experience. Niagara Falls is transformed into an incredible, multicolored water and light masterpiece.

Hotel: Radisson Grand Island/ Days Inn Niagara at the Falls or similar

Day 6: NIAGARA(B)

After breakfast, depart for the airport.

*People only doing the East Coast will have to take Airport transfers along with the group or pay separately for PVT transfers.

Washington DC: Fairfield Inn Chantilly by Marriott or similar

PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS:

Any international/domestic air fares
Visa fee, travel insurance
Porterage at the hotel
Any expenses of personal nature such as mini bar, soft drinks and alcohol at Lunch and Dinner
Use of coach for additional hours
Any additional sightseeing/excursions not part of the itinerary.
Any other services not part of the above package


GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Confirmation is not guaranteed until full payment of the tour is received.
Tour is subject to a minimum quorum of 30 adult paying passengers.
In the event of group being below minimum quorum,
the group will be cancel without any penalties or financial compensations.
In order to process bookings full name as per passport
– (first name/last name), passport details & fiight information is required.
No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services
i.e. ground transportation, sightseeing tours, meals etc.
Standard hotel check in time is 4.00 pm & Check out time is 11.00 am.
Early check in is subject to availability of rooms & cannot be guaranteed.
Late check out of hotel rooms will be subject to applicable charges.
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation,
sightseeing tours of equal or higher standards.
Guest are required to provide a valid credit card while check in at hotels
to cover any incidental room charges & needs to be settled by individual guest in each room.
In case of breakdown of coach due to any mechanical failures,
we will try to make every effort to fix the problem however
there will be no monetary compensation for delays/inconvenience/missing of any activity etc.


BOOKING PROCEES & PAYMENT TERMS:

A non-refundable deposit of US$250.00 per person is required to process the bookings.
Full & final payment of tour is due 45 days prior to departure date
All booking request received within 45 days of departure date will require full payment
No bookings will be processed until deposit amount or the final payment is received.
On receipt of full & final payment, tour itinerary & related information will be provided to passengers within 48 hours.
Tour conrmation & supporting documents will be provided seven days prior to departure date.
Remittance fee of US$30 is not part of the package cost & the same shall be borne by the client.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, a written request is required to action the same. Cancellation charges will apply on all confirmed bookings as
these are the damages we will incur to cancel the services –
US$250.00 per person for bookings cancelled 61 days prior to departure date
US$600.00 per person for bookings cancelled 60 – 46 days prior to departure date
100% of tour cost for bookings cancelled within 45 days prior to departure date
